My view on the way to the gym this morning.
I should probably finish Christmas shopping to right? Ok you all talked me into it.
Make the gym a priority and your health will thank you. Even on weekends. Even when you don't want to. The more consistent you are, the faster you will get results.

It was all about ABS AND ARMS today ❤❤
Rockin my new hair and growing muscles and abs.....yup i am feeling pretty great....even without sleep YET AGAIN
Last year in December I felt very healthy + confident + mentally in tuned with my body & LIFE. This year I find many things to be grateful for, I have SO many good + happy things in my life, but somethings still just off.
Yes my life’s a freakin mess, it was last year as well whatssss new 😋 for different reasons. But there’s just been something that takes my vibration & energy down.
I easily and too often am feeling sad, anxious & down, I am CONSTANTLY checking in on how to bring my vibes up, feel better & turn my self around. Which is so so AMAZING. But it’s also energy draining.
Anywho this isn’t a post to say I am too am struggling along with others (which is very true) but it’s because yesterday I asked myself & really thought about it, “What was so different then than now?” Bc things wernt overly perfect then & they deff arnt now.
BUUUUT what I was doing was eating healthy 80% of the time, working out in a structured way, & READING everyday. Not 50 pages but just a handful & it made such a DIFFERENCE. ✨So I’m incorporating it again full force starting today. Who else loves reading? What’s your fav book?

Awesome time at the Say No to Drugs 5k this morning.
