I take @1stphorm Full Mega fish oil every single morning with my Multivitamin👌🏽.
Training your body everyday can take a toll on your joints over time. One of the benefits of taking a high quality fish oil i like is joint health and anti-inflammatory.
Omega-3s are rich in EPA and DHA fatty acids which help with hormones, eyes, brain, heart, skin, and many other health benefits.
I’ll leave the link in my bio for you guys to order and have more info. Email me for questions.

I get soooo many messages from women who basically say they wanna build muscle but are obsessed with cardio, wanna know how many days a week they can do cardio, how to build a booty and be a distance runner, etc.
Sorry boo, you can’t have your cake and eat it too 🤷🏼‍♀️
From my personal experience and many conversations with women, I believe this love of cardio is more of love of being skinny, or a warped mindset in which fitness and cardio are synonymous.
I was a runner for 8 years before I ever touched a dumbbell, and I suffered constantly from feeling “soft”, lacking muscle tone, having a crazy appetite after long runs and struggling with food guilt, and could seemingly never get to that magical place of comfortability that I THOUGHT running was taking me to.
Running does not bulk up muscles. I was a half-marathon runner, went on 7+ mike runs every single week, and just look at that photo on the left.😕
Cardio is good for your body and your heart, and should surely be incorporated in a holistic healthy lifestyle. But if your goals are to build a booty, put on muscle, get more toned, you’ve gonna get off the trail more often and under the squat rack!!!
I’ve never felt more toned, strong, and comfortable with my body in my life. Not to mention that muscle mass basically puts your metabolism on a trillion, so now my issue is force feeding myself when I’m tired of eating as opposed to starving myself 🤣
It took me two fricken years to get this booty. Your thighs are not going to explode if you look at a barbell.
Let’s stop viewing the weight room as a place for dudes, masculine chicks and thunder thighs🚫 It just might give you the freedom and happiness you’re searching for 💕💕💕

Throwback 🏖
Stop wishing start doing.
Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going.

It was sloppy, but a week after being sick, I got 405lbs on flat bench. This was a first for me!
