Chce Ci się coś słodkiego, ale niekalorycznego.. Najlepiej to pączka albo drożdżówkę.. Analizujesz sobie na jak głębokim tłuszczu był on smażony i jak dużo ma kalorii? Ohh ja mam tak baardzo często. 😂  Ale znalazłam rozwiązanie ❤ Super szybkie w wykonaniu - 5 min przygotowanie, 25 min pieczenie. CIASTECZKA - PĄCZKI TWAROGOWE!

Przepis: ✔1 szklanka mąki owsianej
✔kostka twarogu chudego
✔jajko
✔2 czubate łyżki ksylitolu
✔1 łyżeczka sody
Przygotowanie: 🍴Zmiksować twaróg i jajko. 🍴Dodać mąkę, ksylitolu i sodę. 🍴Uformuj kształt jaki chcesz ( mniejsze ciastka jak moje, lub większe pączki). 🍴Nagrzać piekarnik do 180°C i piec ok.25 - 30 min.

Kaloryczność: 900 kcal cała porcja. U mnie wyszło 10 porcji, więc jeden miał 90 kcal! .

Day 1 of my 12 days of clean eating.
Breakfast: shake and 2oz of grape juice.
Snack 1: apple
Lunch: half shredded chicken sandwich with lettuce and hummus on multi grain bread and cucumber slices.
Snack 2: handful of cherry tomatoes.
Dinner: shrimp creole on a bed of brown rice and quinoa and steamed peas. Off to a great start.

Lovely bowl of porridge on a freezing morning! Quite like this waking up with no hangover and the fact that the #clusterheadaches have settled has made me feel positively energised!! I do have the joy of raiding the second hand school uniform sale this morning but that can sometimes be very worthwhile when you have giants like mine😂😂. Anyway breakfast is #porridge, #peanutbutter and #pumpkinseeds @wholeearthfoods

Crockpot salsa chicken with quinoa, beans, avocado, and broccoli😋 (recipe below)

I usually eat out once a week for my cheat/treat meal but last week I did like every other day🙃 My body is used to eating clean like 80% of the time so eating all that fast food had me feeling like 💩 and looking a bit fluffier lol. Also the more I eat junk food the more I crave it (& vice versa for healthy foods). I want to feel my best so I did this super easy meal prep for breakfast/lunch the next 3 days to help avoid the fast food cravings and get me back on track. Eat good. Feel good. Look good. 😎

CROCKPOT CHICKEN: place chicken breast in a crockpot with a jar of salsa, taco seasoning, and 1/2 cup of water. Cook on high for 4 hours. -
I mixed in what I had already prepped in the fridge (quinoa, black & pinto beans, broccoli, and avocado) and it was 🔥. When I'm ready to eat it I heat everything up together on the stove and then top with cheddar seasoning, plain Greek yogurt(healthy sour cream substitute), and hot sauce. #mealpreptip put some lime juice on the avocado to keep it fresh!

When you can eat donuts everyday and stay on track with your goals🙌Got this recipe from @emilyfrisella and it's SO GOOD🤤 (check out her page!) I'm pretty sure this is the fourth batch I've made in the past two weeks. Make them! You won't be disappointed😍

DONUT INGREDIENTS:
1/3C Coconut flour
1/3C Stevia (I use a little less than 1/4 cup)
1 scoop @1stphorm Level-1 Cinnamon Cookie Batter Protein powder (I use ice the cream sandwhich flavor)
1t ground cinnamon
1/4t salt
1t baking powder
1t vanilla extract
2T applesauce
1/3 C & 2T unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 egg whites
1 whole egg

GLAZE:
2T coconut oil
½ scoop @1stphorm Level-1 Cinnamon Cookie Batter protein
additional toppings: sprinkles, nuts, mini chocolate chips, etc

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 325*

Lightly spray doughnut pan with nonstick cooking spray

In a small bowl mix together all dry ingredients

In a medium bowl mix together all wet ingredients
-
Add the small bowl to the medium bowl and mix well
-
Spoon into doughnut pan and bake for 20-23mins. Once done, let rest in pan 2-3 mins then turn doughnuts out onto cooling rack. Allow doughnuts to cool completely

When doughnuts are cooled, you can glaze them:

In a small bowl, but large enough to dip doughnut in, add 2T coconut oil and microwave 15-20 seconds. Just enough to soften the oil and begin to melt it. You don’t want it completely melted

Add a small amount of the protein powder at a time and mix until all protein is used

Dip the doughnuts into the glaze and place on a plate or tray. Once all are glazed, place in the fridge and let glaze set 4-5 mins. Remove and place in an airtight container and enjoy!

Makes 6 🍩

Afternoon snack 💁🏼😍 Toasted Flax Ezekiel bread (my fave) with 🥑 🍳and grilled chicken &&& toast with homemade almond butter, berries, and chia seeds😋 Healthier (&yummier!👍) alternative to most jellies/jams/nut butters since there's no added sugar, chemicals, or preservatives.

HOMEMADE ALMOND BUTTER RECIPE👇
🌟 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
🌟 Spread almonds on baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes (keep an eye on them to make sure you don't burn them)
🌟 Blend almonds in blender or food processor until smooth. Store in the fridge when done.
