They say it takes 21 days to create a habit... sticking to my nutrition plan for 21 days has created a new routine.
It’s incredible that when you stop eating crap you stop feeling like crap. Eating real foods and knowing all the ingredients in my food has truly opened my eyes. What you eat truly impacts your everyday life, your mood, your body and your energy. ALSO when you stop eating crap, you stop craving it.

Two pineapples for 22 pence each🍍 Buzzing 😂

Honestly eating healthy can get quite dear (expensive) so recently, after the hawks have flown away, I do peek at the Clearance stuff at Tesco. The stuff is still good so why spend 2.20 quid if you can pay 44 pence?! I get all sorts of fruit and veggies there when possible. Pretty fun to be frugal; a lil challenge!

A lot of the time I get overwhelmed by social media. The pressure to post not only on a regular basis but to post things people want to see. Yesterday I was overwhelmed in a good way. Overwhelmed by thankfulness to have the opportunity to connect with people and create a community, and also for a creative outlet. The more fun I have when taking photos and editing, the more it shows. I was so happy in this moment. You can see the smile on my face, and it's the most genuine smile I've probably ever given. The sun beat down on my skin and the wind was gently blowing. It was 74°F in February! To me, that is a blessing. Any time it's warm enough for me to jump into nature, my soul is full. If you saw me here in real life you'd see a girl making sand forts, talking to bugs, and laying in the sand listening to the birds. Nothing calms me more. In our creativity, we usually share our best and happiest moments, but that doesn't mean we don't ever feel depressed, angry, or sad. It's normal to feel those emotions, as long as they are not a permanent state we live in. For some perspective: yes, I was so happy in these pictures, but a few hours before that, there were tears streaking my face from the overwhelming burden of assignments, exams, lab reports, etc. I heal in nature. I always have. It's where our roots are, and where we're meant to be. Next time you get overwhelmed, try sitting in the woods for a while and just being. You won't leave the same.

Will today be the day that my stomach bug is finally gone for good? We shall see.🤞🏼 Desperately needed some nutrients in my system this morning so decided to try this superfood protein smoothie from @ollynutrition that I received to review for y'all. I'll be honest, I was unsure how I’d feel about it since I'm already in a committed relationship with my vegan chocolate superfood shake that I have daily. And while I'm not breaking up with it any time soon, I definitely enjoyed this one. I'm typically more of a dessert-shake vs. a fruit-shake type of person & the consistency wasn’t aligned with my personal preference, but it hit the spot for what my body was needing today. Cheers to HEALING. 💕

Eu îmi cumpăr flori iar El... știe că pentru echilibrul și energia mea am nevoie de fructe și legume.
