#weirdworkoutselfie from yesterday. They’ve been so weird lately that I’ve been reluctant to post them.... it’s like how do I caption/explain that? I mean, you should see the ones previous this workout, even weirder. But I’m getting stronger & bringing friends along for the ride, so...so what.
What’s weirder the mom in the front or the toddler in the background? Side note: I ad-libbed the #T25 hand motions. Mine was more the scary Fred Astaire version. #beachbody #t25 #fredastaire

I love Fred Astaire. Of course his dancing is beyond compare, but what I love is his sincerity. On and off screen he was so genuine and sincere, you believe every lyric that he sings. A true gentleman.

🦆🍷🍻🥂🍾🥃☝️ ‘You Gave Me the Answer’ was written by #PaulMcCartney for the #Wings LP ‘Venus and Mars’(1975). The song also served as the B-side to ‘Letting Go’. “McCartney has occasionally paid tribute to his father, James, who led his own big band in his youth, by writing "Music Hall numbers." Other such songs from McCartney's catalogue include ‘When I'm Sixty-Four’ and ‘Honey Pie’. To enhance the realism of this period pastiche, McCartney recorded his lead vocals through a filter that removed much of the lower-end frequencies to help emulate the sound of singing through a megaphone, the signature sound of Rudy Vallee, which was a common recording technique during the 1920s, where singers like Vallee and Al Jolson had to compensate for the poor reception of primitive recording equipment at that time.

In concert, McCartney often dedicated this song to #FredAstaire.
