That quote has really stuck with me since I heard it! It is never to late to make changes, small little steps in the right direction can change your life! .. I don’t just necessarily mean by going vegan,( ‘junkfood’ vegan is a thing! ) but by increasing more good & healthy foods, fruit & veggies, drinking more water, and cutting out processed junk, you can really make changes to your health! ********************************
Food can literally be the medicine you need to improve minor health issues, all it takes is a little learning and a little change.

So what I've learned so far this month is that a completely raw vegan diet is not for me. I tried but I'm good. I'm still eating raw most of the day since I usually have smoothies for breakfast and I eat a lot of salad but all day everyday? #issanoforme. I just kinda threw this meal together. It's basically a bunch of veggies, rice noodles, and some curry powder. Quick and delish! 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱

Quick rules of thumb for drinking water:

Drink half your bodyweight in ounces of water (if you weight 160lbs, drink 80oz of water each day). Carry a bottle everywhere with you as a reminder to keep drinking.

Eat raw fruits and vegetables – they are dense in water.
You can get water from food, not just from beverages.

Drink water and other fluids until you urinate frequently and with light color.
