Of course I spend my last night drinking wine and talking with a German client about lactobacter, starter cultures, enzymes and making sauerkraut and sourdough. It's great having something ready as soon as I get back from the gym, so these overnight oats made in bulk are perfect! I had some leftover applesauce and coconut milk so I've used those as bases but you can use whatever milk and mashed fruit you like ☺️ Ingredients:
-150ml coconut milk
-150g applesauce -scoop of peanut butter protein powder -150g rolled oats -1 tsp vanilla extract -1 tsp ground cinnamon
Blend all ingredients except for the rolled oats. Add oats the the mixture and divide into 3 mason jars. Leave overnight in the fridge.

happpy thanksgiving friends!
not a huge fan of turkey, but made this yummy mediterranean salad that was my highlight—kale, olives, red onion, roasted red pepper, feta cheese, quinoa + homemade dressing (olive oil and red wine vinegar) so simple and so good😍
we have so much to be grateful for...lets never forget that! 🙏🏼❤️
