Butternut Squash Alfredo by @eat.drink.shrink 💛 Recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp vegan butter
1 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh sage
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
1 small yellow onion, chopped (1 large cup)
4 cups butternut squash, peeled, seeded and diced into 1/2-inch cubes (large package at whole foods)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 cloves garlic , minced
1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
2 cups chopped kale
1 cup almond milk
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 cup soaked cashews
1tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
14 oz dry gluten free spaghetti
1/3 cup Follow Your Heart vegan parmesan , plus more for serving
Instructions

In a large skillet add the butter and red onion. Saute until slightly soft, about 1-2 minutes.
Next add in the garlic, saute for 30 seconds, stir and add the butternut squash, vegetable stock, sage, and thyme. Stir and cover. Cook until the butternut squash is fork tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Add soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, and almond milk to a food, blend until smooth.
When the squash is tender, add the squash to a food processor along with salt to taste. Puree until smooth.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add gluten free pasta, cook according to directions, (6-8 minutes) do not overcook.
Drain pasta and add a generous portion of the butternut squash sauce to the pasta. Fold in chopped dinosaur kale and gently toss together. Top with sage and pecans. Serve!

Biraz kavurup 1 yemek kaşığı salça ekleyin. Biraz daha kavurup 300-400 gram kadar kıyma ekleyin. Tuzunu da ilave edip suyunu salıp çekene kadar pişirin. Ayrı bir yerde 2 yemek kaşığı tereyağını eritip 2 yemek kaşığı un ilave edin. Rengi sararıncaya kadar kavurun. 2 su bardağı süt ve tuz ilave edip fokurdayana kadar pişirin. Kıvamı koyu olursa biraz süt ile açabilirsiniz. Videodaki gibi akışkan olsun. Kabakların içine kıymalı harcı doldurun. Beşamel sosu paylaştırın ve kaşar rendesi ile fırına verin. 180 derece fırında kaşarlar eriyip kızarana kadar tutun. Joining the coconut matcha latte and avo toast brigade for one morning
Saw this pizza joint from bro @wilsonsw 's post then made up my mind to pay this joint a visit.
And indeed this is really tantalizing.

Well, I'm pretty shock when the waiter handle me the menu because it's not pricey at all to compare with other pizza market players.
And I'm questioning myself what pizza is this, what is made of, why the price is almost half of others.
And I order this pizza pepperoni and bbq beef.

Look at that !
It's really sexy & gorgeous, isn't it?
The pizza is tortilla-based then topped with generous amount of bbq beef and pizza pepperoni then finished with cheese.
And the taste is insanely good.
It's slightly smoky, hearty, and well balanced.

All the staffs are really helpful and give us a homey and warm hospitality.
