Day 47 of #hctreboot - Back and Calves.

I was tired and sore and didn't even want to get out of the bed, let alone go to the gym and workout but @krisgethin said, "I don't give a shit if you're feeling tired." So I drank @kagedmusclesupps Pre-Kaged and pushed every muscle in my body to complete these brutal workouts. #flexfriday Going out to eat and trying to find foods that fits your macros can be hard from time to time. I’ve been vegan for about 5 years and I have been bodybuilding for about 4 years. So I have a lot of experience of counting macros and finding food in my home town that I can go to while prepping for a show. Some of my tricks to defeat hunger while traveling is one do research on some healthy restaurants. I use the app called #happycow because it shows me all the healthy restaurants that’s in the area plus, vegan and vegetarian friendly places as well. @doshaayurvediccafe is one of the places that I go to because I have already have some dishes recorded in #myfitnesspal so it’s easy to keep track of my macros. I even have fast food restaurants that I know I can get a quick bite to eat like #tacobell #chipotle #blazepizza when I’m prepping, I try to eat and prep my meals at home the best that I can but I’m not just a bodybuilder. I’m also a online coach, public speaker, and health and fitness instructor. So I’m always on the go and just like other individuals sometime I really don’t have the time to prep food. So learning where my hotspots that I can go to from saving me from starvation and being #hangry Counting macros isn’t hard and it will take sometime to explore and find your spots to eat without destroying or over spilling on your goals. Completed month 1 of Insanity Max 30 with improvements on my times every day and I can see a little definition starting to creep back in, just need to strip away the baby fat and build those muscles back up.
