Si de verdad quieres tener un cuerpo estetico tienes que pagar precios por ello.
Precios como:
No salir, con tus migos a veces para no trasnochar.
No comer toda la basura deliciosa que hay en la calle.
No tomar licor.
Y sobre todo si ya vas en el camino al exito jamas tratar mal a una persona que esta luchando por cumplir sus sueños, si no ayudarlo.
Espero que mi cuerpo sea una motivacion
Para aquellos que quieran conseguir un cuerpo estetico ya sea para sentirse bien con sigo mismo o por que quieres ir a una fiesta la razon no importa lo que importa es empezar tu camino a tus sueños
Tomar un cambio no solo de fisico si no de mentalidad.

Everyone has different goals but many people aren’t sure how to train to achieve them.🤨❓
-
STRENGTH🏋🏼‍♂️ 3-5 sets - 1-5 reps.
HYPERTROPHY 💪🏽 3-5 sets 6-12 reps.
Endurance🏃🏾‍♂️ 2-3 sets 12-20 reps.
