These are getting harder. 😜 I swear it's amazing how much I popped in ONE week. Baby is 14 inches long and weighs almost 2 pounds. She moves NON stop. She was kicking me HARD for a full hour last night and kept me up. 😂 And I went from barely feeling pregnant to being uncomfortable almost "overnight." The third trimester is no joke. I have a baby appt tomorrow -- can't wait!

My workout partner! So fierce and serious. I was looking like an animated fairy prancing around my living room trying to keep her entertained and we may have pauses 3 times but hey it's done before 10pm so that's a win 🙌🏼

I never thought I would come to a point where I will agree to have a child. For those who knows me, y’all know that having a kid is not in my bucket list, I always thought that having a kid will stop me from going places, doing things, going on an adventure but I have different perspectives now. .
Indeed, with the man God gave you, in HIS right time, you will eventually become selfless and live according to God’s plan in your life.. .
Pregnancy is never easy and I am just halfway. Today I am working from home, lower back and rib cage are aching and I find comfort by being seated on an elevated position which obviously I can’t do at work. Nevertheless, I wouldn’t trade my situation right now for anything in this world. .
I am so blessed to be able to grow a life inside me and build a family with my husband 😍 #blessed

Sometimes I feel that there are few days {for me} during pregnancy where I am feeling like I have my shit together (at least appearance wise). Today was one of those days! Red lipstick and a blazer seem to be the key for me 😛💋💄#bangs #fringe
THIS is why I like to get my workout done nice and early in my morning. 😉Prior to having a kid and while I was still teaching, I'd wake up 40 minutes before my regular alarm time to get in my half hour at-home workout. So yeah - that was earrrrrrly. 😳

Well it's funny now, because as I think about it, it's actually the same time as I get up now to do my coach work and get myself situated for the day before she's awake. Oh, how life after kids changes! 🤣

Anyway... since we did an adventure day out, I didn't do my workout at my normal morning time because we were already on the road.

So 4pm came and I was dreading it! The last thing I want to attempt during witching hour(s). But, I knew I had people to show up for; challengers to check in with. I just had to press play, and roll with it while she played all over me! 🙃

So while I TOTALLY enjoyed playing around with her while I worked out, I am guaranteed to have a more successful day if I just suck it up, and knock it out early. 👊🏼

It's hard to get up at first, but if you scale back 5 minutes each day, it just becomes your new norm! ⏰

Best sweat ive had in a min since becoming #pregnant ! This is why i lovr #chalenefitness ive never been disappointed. Modifying when needed but i feel freakin great! When you listen to your body and focus on form you still burn those calories without injury. If i can do it at #32weekspregnant you can too. Dont ever doubt yourself and your capabilities.
