For anyone struggling with the scales whilst bulking. First picture was 3 weeks into my bulk, being cautious with calories and looking shite if I'm being honest. Last 2 pictures this Sunday, 20 weeks into my bulk and 11lb heavier than the first picture. I know which ones I prefer.

FUEL YOUR BODY 💪🏼👅 Believe it or not, this meal gets a gold star for being delicious and nutritious ⭐️😍 I love experimenting with food and absolutely urge you to do the same! Eating the same foods over and over again can get boring... that leads to lack of motivation and can therefore cause you to stray! Here’s what I made:
- Homemade Guac with Organic Blue Corn chips
- An Avocado, Cheese and Egg Sandwich on Quinoa and Ancient Grains bread
- Chocolate Superfood Smoothie made with Mixed Berries, water, chocolate shakeology, a splash of orange juice, a banana and lots of spinach!

Progress report from 10 days 💃
All I could read from this client's message was the desperate need to lose weight. She was depressed and wanted to lose weight at all cost. In her words 'my inability to lose weight is gradually making me a shadow of myself'. I worked out a plan and warned her about the dangers of not following it. Look at us today 😁. I'm proud of you Tilda. The next few weeks will be awesome.

Here’s a few of the exercises from my Upper Body workout! All of these movements help w/ good posture 😉

1️⃣ Z Press: 3x10
This exercise works the shoulders, upper back muscles & Core. Because you’re sitting on the floor, you’ll have to stabilize with scapular muscles — this helps reinforce good posture, especially if you suffer from a rounded or slouched upper back.

2️⃣ Barbell Upright Rows: 3x10
This exercise works the shoulder and back muscles. Keep your back straight and chest up. Choose a light weight where you can perform the movement with good form throughout.

3️⃣ Seated (plate) External Rotation: 3x10 each arm with **very light weight
these are essential to keeping healthy shoulders and reinforces good posture. This trains the infraspinatus & teres minor — these less worked muscles of the shoulder joint get overpowered by the larger muscles of the shoulder & back. External Rotations improve posture for those who have a rounded back or sloped shoulders.

This just showed up in my FB feed this morning as a memory. It was a HAPPY day two years ago when I switched out my winter closet for summer clothes! I tried safety pins and belts, but I just couldn’t wear those pants anymore! I was three sizes smaller due to changing my nutrition!! Since then, I've been able to help others get similar results by just changing how they eat and incorporating appropriate exercise for them. It's very rewarding and I absolutely love it! It’s never too late to be a HEALTHIER you!!! .
