Today was the first Monday in almost a month that I woke up to a clean apartment, as well as a good outlook. The thing about depression is sometimes you can’t really pinpoint what’s bothering you, not can you shake it out and just feel happy. I’m excited about therapy tomorrow. • Here’s a clip from Insanity Live. Honestly the first time I’ve done this round and it’s been out for over a month. • Entrepreneurship isn’t easy. There will be ups and downs, and it’s not for everyone. It’s been six weeks since I’ve offered Insanity Monday afternoons and today was the first day someone showed up ( Much love to you DeEtte! Next time I promise! ) Due to confusion with space scheduling at the Civic I had to cancel class since the orchestra was set up to rehearse for the ballet today. • It’s okay to not be okay. Mental health awareness was last week and I barely commented on the matter because I honestly didn’t know what to say. The struggle is real, and there is no shame in admitting you’re having trouble. I may have put myself in a box, and should have reached out more. But I’m putting my slump behind me and pressing forward. Doing the things I know that fill my cup, and keep me happy. • if you’re lonely, reach out. You are not alone. There are people willing to do anything for you. You just have to say, “hi. I’m not okay. Can we talk” and I promise, things will start to get better. Have a wonderful week my friends. And if someone hasn’t told you lately, you are LOVED. #hammerdownfitness

#spartan Team Training DONE! Time for steak and potatoes! .

Today's workout - 4 rounds of:
250 m row ☆ hand release pushups ☆ goblet squats ☆ squat press ☆ squat jumps ☆ straight arm plan w shoulder touches and knee outs ☆ up up down downs ☆ mountain climbers ☆ heavy trx rows ☆ farmer carries ☆ burpees - don't forget warm up and cool down. Overall easier than saturday but still a great workout 👊 #spartantraining

This brisk 55º weather woke my butt right up. Agility Cardio 🏃🏽‍♀️and weight training 🏋🏾‍♀️, focus of the day was legs & bootay🍑.

Fitcamp programs go where I go, I just love it💪🏽. Now ready for my dessert, I mean my superfood smoothie (taste like a frosty🍫).

Happy Monday!!! Its been a while, since I've posted. I've been staying focused & killing a few short term goals. I hope everyone is having a productive day and working towards a goal. PS: Even though I haven't been posting, I've been training, grinding & going hard EVERYDAY!! Im not perfect, but im blessed,grateful and able ! You Are Stronger Than You Think!!!!
