The beginning of the month I told my Fall Forward online group “yeah! Let’s do this! I’m so determined to do this 100% 🔥🔥” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And then life happened and my family got sick and I got fluffy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You’re a product of your environment so while I could have made better choices, more often, I didn’t. The last couple of weeks have been filled with ALOT of down time, movies, snacks, not a whole lot of inspiration, not much of an appetite, little sleep, & a stressed out mama. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I managed to get my workouts in every day because uhh..STRESS RELIEF ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s easier to put on the fluff but way harder to get it off but that’s where my groups come in.

I don’t feel sorry for myself. I did this too myself and that’s ALRIGHT. (Self awareness is EVERYTHING) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The cool thing about your body is it can always change when you start to make the RIGHT choices again paired with patience and consistency. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m SO grateful that my coaching job has taught me how to roll with the punches when times get tough and know what to do to get right back up (personal development) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Thank God being R E A L is a part of my job and I’m not forced to “fake” being “perfect” - ewww. (Don’t bring your personal life into your work life, right?) — that shits hard - I’m HAPPY to incorporate both of them to even help just one person get back up when they’re down. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But own it, don’t wallow in your bad decisions. Get up and do something about it! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

💚 PASTA WITH CAULIFLOWER ALFREDO SAUCE
~
6cupsvegetable broth
5cupscauliflower florets1-inch pieces
4tablespoonsolive oildivided
8clovesgarlicminced
1teaspoonkosher saltplus more for seasoning
1/4teaspoonblack pepperplus more for seasoning
1/2cupwhole milkor nondairy milk
1/2cupParmesan cheesefreshly grated
1poundchicken breastpounded to 1/2 -inch thickness
paprikato season chicken
8ouncesmedium shell pastaabout 2 1/2 cups
3cupsbroccoli floretscut into very small pieces
INSTRUCTIONS
Cauliflower Sauce-
Bring the vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot. Add the cauliflower and reduce to a simmer. Cook covered, until fork tender, about 7 to 10 minutes.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cauliflower pieces to the blender. Add 1 cup cauliflower cooking liquid.
Heat a large pan over medium-low heat. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil, once hot add minced garlic. Sauté until the garlic is soft and fragrant but not browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer garlic and oil to blender. Save pan to cook the chicken.

Huevos cocidos fit.
-Dificultad baja.
-Tiempo de preparación 20'

Ingredientes:
- Huevos de gallina
- Agua del grifo

Preparación:
1. Cogemos un cazo y lo llenamos de agua por la mitad
2. Ponemos los huevos crudos sin romper dentro del agua
3. Ponemos la cazuela en el fuego alto
4. Dejamos que hierva en torno a los 20'
5. Se sacan los huevos y se ponen en agua fría
6. Se pelan y se pueden comer
