No you can't. You can't workout for an hour or more each day, eat junk and expect to be healthy, fit or even lose weight. It doesn't work that way. This is a serious misconception about workout.

Abs are made in the kitchen. To get the best results, your workout should be paired with good healthy rightly portioned meals. .

I decided to do a little switcheroo 👀 with my fitness program this week to prepare me for what’s coming out next week. Over-love sef is what you get in my Blastfat Programs. This is my discussion with one of my one on one clients at 5am this morning. She’s gotten so much result and is now in maintenance mode. She allowed to eat all our Delish meals except Junk of course 😒. And the care is still there. 💃💃💃
