You'll never get better if you don't challenge yourself 🔥💪🏼 When I train my shoulders I always aim for 1-3 heavy exercises in the beginning and then work my way through light weighted but high rep exercises 🔥🙌🏼 That's a burnout session, is you ask me!! Here's one exercises;
1⃣ Sitting military presses 4set x 15,12,10,8-10reps
2⃣ Barbell SUPERSET front raises / upright rows 4set x 10-12reps
3⃣ Over head cable back flyes 3set x 10reps
4⃣ Cable back flyes face pull 3set x 12-15reps

💥SWIP LEFT FOR THE FULL-BOD ROUTINE I DID TODAY 💥 #sundaymood
Felt a little weak today and couldn’t go as strong on my deadlift. But that’s okay, because we all have off days! Tomorrow is a new day to make more gains! #letthegainsbegin
One more week and i’ll be switching it up to more endurance type of training (more reps, less rest between sets).This will be interesting. 😹💪🏼 #workhardplayharder
