so in love with turmeric tea right now. This cup of warm and fuzzy lowers inflammation and is all kinds of good for you. 1 cup almond milk, 2 teaspoons ground turmeric, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 6 drops liquid stevia, heated in a saucepan. yum.
