My personal opinion... nothing beats hanging leg raises for abs.

Think you've got hanging leg raises down? Try this little variation I came up with this morning.

You'll need a medicine ball of some kind. Start by holding the weight in your feet and perform straight leg raises, when you can't take that anymore, move the weight to your knees and continue with knee raises.
When that's too much to handle, lose the weight entirely and go back to straight leg raises again. And finally, end it with knee raises.
Try to move into each variation as seamlessly as possible.

You're gonna feel this shit. For some people, the hardest part of this will be hanging on to the bar for so long. For some of you, you'll find your legs (quads usually) wanting to give out.
But like anything else, just keep working on it, you'll get better and you're abs will get ripped-er😜
