If you have access to a rowing machine, jump rope and med ball, give this circuit workout a try. If you are missing something, replace it with something else. Use a treadmill instead of rowing etc...

-15 Kneeling Slams
-10 Alternating Leg V-Ups
Do as many rounds as you can in a set time, or decide how many rounds you are going to do and time it, so that next time you can beat your time. Enjoy!

-Overcoming failures and flaws can be EASY when you purposely focus on positivity. My mind could have went in the gutter doing these squats 😑 this weight is usually my warm up. I haven't squat in awhile so this actually felt a little heavy 😫😣. Was I disappointed at first? Yeah, but I decided to get over it and ACCEPT I haven't lifted heavy ALL summer long. I gave myself grace and moved on🏃.

For your time here’s a 🐱 peering through an axe wounded 🚪 looking to bash the brains in of his constantly screaming 🐰 wife, he’s just gonna bash them the f in.
Workout of the day October 17th
A. Warmup: 10 mins shoulder mobility/stability (begin bench warmup sets during this time)
B. Strength Work
1. Paused Bench 4x3 reps @ 87.5-90%
2. Pauses Bench: 4x3 reps @ 82.5-85%
3. Overhead Press: 4x3 reps @ 80-85%
C. Accessory
1. Lateral raise: 3x10-20 reps
2. Chin-ups: 3x8-12 reps: ramp weight
D. Cooldown
Total workout time: 70-75 mins
Tip of the day: if you follow a fasting/ intermittent eating structure, learn to make friends with coffee, the caffeine suppresses appetite and focuses you on whatever you’re doing instead of food.
