How's everyone's weekend going? I spent this morning finally catching up on Game of Thrones! Can't believe it's taken me this long to see season 7! 🙈 then did a home workout and tried making something called omurice.. but with some of the rice swapped for cauliflower!

Finished a 13 hour shift with just 2 breaks (10 & 1 o clock) and had no interest in cooking so I fried some chicken and mushrooms boiled my 60g of pasta with some frozen sweet corn broccoli and onion and mixed it all together with some low cal (free) chicken soup, it was SO tasty and I made two pots so I have some for my lunch tomorrow #feedyourselffit #togetherwerule #unislimclubs #unislim #unislimmer #unislimireland #unislimlife #unislimlimerickcity #unislimlimerickcityandcroom #healthyeating #fitforlife #fightingpcos

My all time favorite leg finisher: reverse smith squat 🤙🏽 similar to a hack squat
I️ see a lot of people performing squats wrong because they chose to “ego lift” and fuck with weights obviously too heavy for them to control and to even control on the negative rep. 🙄 As a result not only will your legs not grow and you will shiver when you walk , but you will have ugly asymmetrical legs with teeny tiny little bitch calves 🤔Just remember to lower the weight and get that full stretch all the way down 💦 everyone knows you get way better results when you hit that shit from all different angles and go all the way down 😈 @jed_north
