This is one of my favorite dishes: Dijon Panko-Crusted Salmon 😋 This meal looks fancy shmancy, but it’s actually super easy! 🙌🏼💚 If you try it, let me know what you think 💗

Here is the recipe for just ONE piece of salmon. Scale it up based on how many people you are feeding 🤸🏼‍♀️💗

Panko Dijon-crusted Salmon
Ingredients per serving:
🔹 1 5-oz skinless salmon portion
🔹 1 tbl whole wheat panko crumbs
🔹 1 tbl dijon mustard
🔹 1/2 EVOO
🔹 1/4 tsp garlic powder
🔹 1/4 tsp parley flakes
🔹 Pinch of salt

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix Dijon, garlic powder, parsley and pinch of salt in a small bowl
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
- Place salmon on sheet and coat the top and sides with dijon mixture
- Sprinkle top and sides of salmon portion with panko crumbs. Press into filet
- Bake on 400 for 20 min or until salmon is fully cooked

Each serving on 21 DF: ❤️tsp
**Serve with a veggie and a healthy carb! Pictured with the salmon are Sweet potato slices and a salad.

I want my first at home guide to be absolutely perfect and worth every single penny you’ll put into it (investing in urself is truly the best and most rewarding am I right?). Sadly, being under pain meds is making it pretty difficult to perfect a supposed to be* almost finished product- BUT IM TRYING HARD. This caption even had to be revised by me like it was a gd term paper😅. Every project & guide I work on is treated like my baby- & the more I learn, the more feedback I receive, & all of your progress pics from my guides just gives me more & more drive to figure out what I can do to make it as perfect as possible.

Une vraie galère, les poids tombaient sans même que je me mette dessus du coup j’ai du les bloquer un peu avec des poids autour 🤣

I’ve been slacking waaaaaaaay to much on getting my lazy ass to the gym and I feel like I slipped into a funk of going back to bad habits and being lazy. Need to get back on track and kill these 2018 goals. Any motivation or workouts or words are advice are welcome by all!❤️💪 Also, what are everyone’s thoughts on waist trainers? Do they work? Are they useless? I’ve been using mine since New Years and I kinda like it but I wanna hear everyone’s opinions!❤️
