Очень вкусная куриная запеканка с овощами😋 Идеальна для обеда и ужина😊
Ингредиенты:
•Куриная грудка-350 гр
•Овощи ( я брала замороженную мексиканскую смесь)-200 гр
•Белок -2 шт
•Йогурт натуральный-100 гр
•Сыр-адегейский - 50 гр
•Соль, перец, специи-по вкусу
Готовим:
Куриное филе ( сырое) нарезать на кусочки. в форму для запекания высыпать овощи, посолить. Сверху выложить кусочки курицы. Сыр натереть. Смешиваем белки, йогурт и сыр, специи. Выливаем смесь в форму и выпекаем при 180°~30-40 мин..
КБЖУ на 100 гр.:91/14/3/2 .

Сегодня мне уже гораздо лучше, я даже схожу на тренировку. Болею я недолго, это связано и с тем, что я много пью витамина С, мультивитаминный комплекс и интерферон. Грамотный подход к простуде с начала первых дней симптомов играет важную роль.

Интерфероны — типы лекарств, с минимальными побочными действиями, помогающие эффективно и быстро выздороветь, препятствуя размножению вирусов. Также эти белки синтезируются в нашем организме как способ иммунной защиты. Вообще я ЗА любые препараты, с минимумом для здоровья. Моя бабушка же крайне уверена что все таблетки химия и от них отвалится печень. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Никогда не пью парацетамолсодержащие, для сбивания температуры только ибупрофен. Парацетамол токсичен для печени, это да. И ещё: субфебрильную температуру при обычных простудах сбивать нельзя, иначе болезнь будет длиться дольше, она помогает организму бороться.

Конечно же важен обильный питьевой режим, до 2,5 л в период болезни — норма. В воду добавляю лимон, так вкуснее и вода становится полезнее. Я уже писала о пользе лимона🍋. Пью я всегда много, постоянно хожу с бутылкой воды. 🙆🏼‍♀️ Вода полезна не только для нормальной работы ЖКТ, но и для кожи. У меня кожа и так сухая, поэтому я её увлажняю маслами и хорошим питьевым режимом.💧

Drawing inspiration from seeing all of these Olympians and their beautiful bodies...they all look different! But at the same time, they all look freakin amazing out there, so maybe I shouldn't let my own thoughts about my body get in the way of my goals, dreams, and aspirations.

Over the course of 2 years I gained just over 60 lbs. Over the next 3 years I did some really, really REALLY dumb things to try to lose that weight. •

I never took “diet pills” because I thought I was “better than that.” But I definitely did other dumb things. I took cleanses in both drink and pill form. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t think I *needed* to be cleansed. I even knew that I wasn’t really losing fat. I was just really motivated by seeing the scale go down so I did them. Every cleanse has two main ingredients: fiber and senna. Fiber is something your body does need but in large quantities can make you poop. Like a lot. 💩 Senna is a laxative that irritates the lining of your intestines. So, when you’re doing a cleanse you’re losing poop weight. 🤷🏻‍♀️ •

Second ✌🏽- Stretching your upper body is so important! It helps prevent injuries and aids in range of motion (giving us a better and safer workout!)
In this picture I am stretching my triceps.
To stretch chest + biceps, put your arms behind you and clasp your hands together. Lift your arms gently, and slightly bend torso. You can rotate your arms to hit more chest or biceps! Picture examples in story.
