Purchased and downloaded both ebooks. I want to try some of the meal replacement shakes, maybe tomorrow. Idk when and if I'll do the detox. It's 12 days of basically a liquid diet. I realize I could download or just google detox smoothie recipes for free but I'm a sucker for pretty colorful pictures 😏

Mit schlechter Laune und völlig erschöpft im Bus nach der Arbeit nach Hause. Ich hätte heulen können. Habe ich aber nicht. Alternative gesucht und zack-gefunden. Even when I’ve been an absolute 🐷 with food, I’ve still been getting out running (well, jogging!) but only 1-2 times a week. Hoping to up that to 2-3 times a week now the light evenings are back and I’m back on it 💪🏼 Tonight’s run felt really tough 😢 After a sub-30 5k on Sunday, I felt like I was getting my running mojo back but now I don’t think I am 😩 My legs just wouldn’t move very fast at all tonight 🙄 But I moved and burned calories so will focus on that. #weightwatchers #weightwatchersuk #wwflex #running #wellmoreofajog #fitbit #fitbitsurge #fitpoints

Dinner tonight was Alex’s favourite as he had an exam today, so. Spaghetti bolognese, I make it healthier by putting loads of veg in, also makes it even tastier! I find meals like this take up a lot of my macros and calories for the day so I track it first thing in the morning, that way I know I won’t go over ☺️

So it seems that spring has decided to appear! 23 degrees😍 horses are very happy and relaxed in the sun, I know ash doesn’t look it in this photo - flies.
She was difficult in tonight’s attempt at schooling, but after 20 minutes of just walking, we had flexibility💪🏻 practice, patience and hard work really pays off💙

I was so inspired by other women sharing their transformations I figured I would share my own! 🐛➡️🦋 25, That’s how many pounds I’ve gained this pregnancy. My normal weight gain for being 35 weeks pregnant? 35-40 lbs! I gained a total of 40lbs with willow and 45lbs with Luke.

With this pregnancy I’ve also lost a total of 5 inches and gained a half inch where it counts the most 🍑

There is no difference in my waist! Let me repeat that! In 7 weeks of pregnancy, during my third trimester and third pregnancy, I have not gained an inch in my belly! I lost bloat and back fat while baby was growing 👶🏼 The definition/MUSCLE in my arms and legs is incredible. I be walkin around flexin for no reason 💪🏻😂 I feel better and have more energy at this stage in my pregnancy than I ever did being pregnant with Willow and Luke. 🤸🏼‍♀️
And more energy than those 3 months in between pregnancies too 😅

Wanna know the craziest part?!? I achieved these results by working out 3-5 times a week and following an 80-20 nutrition plan. I was consistent over the past month and a half, but I was never perfect! ☯️ I cannot stress enough how badly I want this for you! I want you to have the transformation photo of your dreams and I’m here to help you achieve the results you’re wanting!
