Sooo, can we talk about that #cardio #postworkout booty + quad pump for a quick sec? 😜💪🏼🔥 #flexing .
a little secret: cardio is my least favorite thing to do in the WHOLE WORLD...going to the dentist and cardio are on par with each other 😂😂😂. Typically, when we think cardio, the treadmill/eliptcial/bicycle machines come to mind...basically machine driven cardio (or running in the real world), right?? To me those are Torture devices 🚫

IF I HAVE TO DO CARDIO, gimme all the body resistance insane ish - because at least i can focus on form, building muscles ALL OVER my body (not just legs and booty), and feeling like a complete badass...instead of running on a machine, calculating in my head,”ok, 30 mins left...that’s 15 mins 2x...which is 7.5 mins 4x. I can do 7.5 mins!” 🏃🏻‍♀️💨☠️#dead .
If you’re nodding your head and laughing cuz #same 😂😂 jump on the cardio+body resistance band wagon with me! It’s way more fun, and in my opinion, more beneficial for your body all around 🙏🏻

Side note: Super weird! I just noticed My left quad is way more defined then my right, but i’m right side dominant 🤷‍♀️ and i climb mostly with my right side in the silks 🧐. So that means there’s an imbalance going on somewhere and i have to find it...or i’m just not flexing as hard on the right side 😂😂😂
