Yeah right like I’m going to let a house full of work men stop me working out ... hate missing training so I whilst they were up stairs I grabbed my 10kg KB & did it in the lounge .. 10 minuets ab burn with XHIT .. pile squats.. 40 KB swings and overhead presses using the kettle bell .. that will have to ding dang do for today !!! Real Talk from @ryanwoodtraining 🔥I'd like you to read this post a couple times through because I think it's that important. The 'best' exercise for fat loss is controlling your nutrition. It's not squats, burpees, or the 500 rep arm workout you saw in that cheesy magazine.

💥Fat loss is driven by your diet. What most people want though, is something super easy that'll give them all the results. The real fat loss results don't happen overnight and they certainly don't happen by doing '1 special' exercise or taking a new supplement.

💥The first thing you can start doing if fat loss is your main goal is to begin tracking your intake. This doesn't necessarily mean you've got to get into the nitty gritty and find out every last gram of food you're eating, but getting a general idea of what you're actually eating is a great start.

💥Then, make sure you eat lots of protein. And by lots I mean 1-2 palm sized portions of lean protein at each meal/snack throughout the day. It's good for us, helps build muscle, and is satiating, which is useful when losing weight.

💥Next, once you get the first two in place, ensure you're eating in a calorie deficit over a consistent period of time. How do you track this? Pretty simple actually. All you need to do is eat pretty much the same way for a couple of weeks and track your bodyweight to see what happens. If your weight (on average) is going down, then you're on the right track. If you're gaining or not losing at all, then you know to cut back a little on the calorie intake.

💥And last but not least, and likely the most important piece of the puzzle, is to be patient patient patient. Fat loss will take time and it won't always look like you're making progress. Trust the process, be consistent, relax, and work hard. The results will come if you are patient and look at the long term rather than day by day changes.

Try out this tactic so you can visit restaurants but still stay on target with your fat loss goals

Doing this means that you'll go into the restaurant satisfied and therefore NOT MENTAL. You're not you when you're hungry...

You'll make better food decisions as you won't be ravenous and you'll be thinking clearly, able to think about the long term fat loss goal. Not just the immediate gratification of over consuming tasty foods

💥 NUTRITIONAL FACT 💥
Double tap if your one them people that pay £3 to upgrade to sweet potato chips ? Are you doing this because your trying to watch the weight or are you doing this just because you feel it’s the healthier choice ? Healthy eating and weight loss diets are completely different and this is a great example why.... weight loss is about controlled calorie intake and as shown above what you think would be more healthy and less calories is actually in fact not much different to the “unhealthy option” healthy dieting is great but again it’s still about making good choices ... avocados,almonds and bananas etc all foods containing incredible nutritious values but eaten at the wrong times of the day or over indulged and you will in fact be more likely to increase weight rather than lose it ... it’s about making good food choices to suit your goals and thinking about the nutritional aspects before assuming 💪🏻

I was over 300 pounds just a short few months ago... Abuse and bullying left me morbidly obese with depression and post traumatic stress disorder. Back in the days❤️❤️. Og ja - hvad er mit næste mål? Det er at få mine flotte tøser på scenen i en vanvittig form. Begge to @jessy2livedk og @liliterp har masser af tid. Begge er næsten sceneklar - så vi har masser af tid til at finjustere. Begge får stadig ‘cheats’ og ligger pænt højt i kalorier. Lili ligger pt på knap 2600 kcal om dagen. Ingen cardio og formen bliver vildere og vildere. Dorthe carbcycler med flest High dage på ca. 2000 kcal. Hun dyrker moderat mængde cardio. ❤️❤️💥💥💥. Min oplevelse er, at ‘ældre’ atleters forbrænding er anderledes end de yngres. Derfor kan man ikke behandle folk ens. Det tager mig flere timer at lave kostplaner - og undrer mig i den grad over, at nogle kan være til samtale en dag og modtage både kost-og træningsprogrammer samme dag. Taler man her om, at coachen har et standard program liggende, som sendes ud samme dag? Who knows - jeg er nysgerrig og ville nødigt være ‘standard’.
