Oh my gosh basil pesto where have you been all my life. This is the first time I have tried pesto. What else do you use pesto on and do you have any recipes you can recommend? Thank f*ck today is over - spent the day with the longest headache and what felt like a heightened sense of smell. Probably made it worse by agreeing to do the weekly shop, a self inflicted type of torture (dam those fresh bread smells), but so happy to say I made it!
Even got a phone call from Dad out of the blue, and when I told him what #crazycharlie was doing to herself he reminded me that my Poppa lived off rice for 4 years while in concerntration camps. A much needed conversation to help bring me back down to earth and realise how grateful I am that I am eating brown rice by choice.

Jesus took Peter, James, and John
and led them up a high mountain apart by themselves.
And he was transfigured before them,
and his clothes became dazzling white,
such as no fuller on earth could bleach them.
Then Elijah appeared to them along with Moses,

but Jesus alone with them.

As they were coming down from the mountain,
he charged them not to relate what they had seen to anyone,
except when the Son of Man had risen from the dead.
So they kept the matter to themselves,
questioning what rising from the dead meant.

☘️You still need to do everything else I have always talked about (calorie deficit, adequate protein, exercise) however, these will be far easier if you are getting good quality sleep.

⏰Some key points to ensure you get a quality nights sleep... Make sure you are going to bed and getting up at a similar time EVERY day, remove ALL light sources from your room, make it as quiet as you possibly can, and no screens 30mins before bed.

Bonjour à tous
Je suis absente depuis 2 jours et comme vous pouvez le voir une grosse perte de poids en 2 jours.. -1,2KG 😕 et tout ça c'est dû à une déception sentimentale ☹
J'ai donc accepté l'invitation chez mes parents ce midi sinon je sais que je ne mangerais pas de la journée car je n'ai aucune sensation de faim 😔
