So this is 3 month work with consistent workouts and 90% of eating food which I need for my body-the rest 10% is eating out some of these 🍱🌮🍔🍝
I believe that everything- absolutely everything is in our hands- there is no magic “Monday” which will help you to achieve your goals, there is no “Tomorrow” which will help you to start eating food you need to get toned - the only one who can change something in your life is YOU 👊
What is stopping you to start your journey?!
There is nothing wrong with the photo on the left-but why not to try be the best version of yourself and remember YOU can do it, you actually can🙌

Fit food the benefits of Avocado
What, exactly, makes this pear-shaped berry often called "alligator pear," (yes, that’s right it’s a berry!) such a super food?

Avocados are nutrient All-Stars serving up a variety of vitamins and minerals - a whopping 20 to be exact. • Potassium which helps control blood pressure • Lutein and Zeaxanthin which are incredibly important for eye health • Folate which is crucial for cell repair and during pregnancy • B vitamins which help you fight off disease and infection • Vitamins C and E, plus Oleic acid which has reduces inflammation and has been shown to have beneficial effects on genes linked to cancer • Low in sugar • Soluble fibre known to feed the friendly gut bacteria in the intestine, which are very important for the optimal function of our bodies • Phytosterols, which have anti-inflammatory properties and help keep cholesterol levels and heart disease risk in check.

They’re also an excellent source of healthy fats (monounsaturated and omega-3s), which help the body absorb fat-soluble vitamins (like A, D, E) and carotenoids, a type of antioxidant.

One quarter of an avocado only has about 80 calories and 7g of fat, but very little saturated fat; so that fat’s wholly to your body’s benefit.

They are weight loss friendly, heart healthy and... last but not least, taste incredible.

What more could you ask for in a food?
