Having a fun second trimester and all 💛 but I can't wait to work out properly again! 🏋🏻‍♀️
Losing lots of strength 💪⬇️ and now can't even do one chin-up (not supposed to do them anyway because of diastasis recti risk 🚫)
All the spine-focused yoga in the world can't seem to stop tailbone pain ⚡️ so I'm just gonna be super gentle for the next 4 months and look forward to getting back into it all 🤗.
If anyone has any backache tips other than yoga poses please shareee 🙋🏻🙏
