I've not missed one day at the gym for a month now and have completely changed my diet to eating healthy and getting my fat from healthy fat sources.

I don't have a pic from before I started this journey but I did take this today. I'm actually starting to get abs and losing my "mommy tummy" and getting definition in my arms, legs, and butt. So happy with and proud of my results and dedication. This is only the beginning. 😁

Make health a family affair.

This was our lunch yesterday. My daughter takes after me and tries to avoid meat. But I have been realizing, she is not getting complete protein in her diet.

Chilli and Bell peppers or Capsicum. The latter is my favourite, and I not only cook them but also serve them raw in salads. Did you know they’ve been around for 9000 years?
