Day three of three meals a day. This shit is hard. But this morning I did wake up hungry so I had a bowl of cereal since I had just woken up. Now I have chicken and corn. Simple. Ugh a part of me hates eating this often but I am remembering that voice isn't right.

FYI: The best thing for soreness is #ActiveRecovery my legs were so sore from last night. Part of my brain says don't move. Stay in bed. But the other part knows that moving those sore muscles will make me feel better throughout the day😉 I am so excited to see the #Transformation in my #MuscleMass #ToningUp nicely. Got the best compliment today from a sweet old lady. She whispered to me, "Did you get some work done?" I was proud to say, "Nope. Just hard work here." 💓💓💓💓👍🙋‍♀️ I think it's safe to say I'm taking it to the next level!

I have started to see a Naturopath to work on my nutrition and food sensitivities and figure out what is causing my energy levels to fluctuate.

I will be tracking my food for two weeks! My goal is to have 40%carbs 30%fat and 30%protein

It is surprisingly hard to get the balance!

But ideally, a diet with those percentages will help ensure regular blood glucose levels.

I need to work on adding more plant-based proteins to my diet as well as whole grains 😊

Proper nutrition is important for everyone, but it is necessary for the ADHD brain.

Have anyone tried zoodles?? I picked them up at @target. Target is the only place that I have found them already in spiral form. Gonna be making me a Shrimp pasta today for dinner.
