Whippin’ up some veggie fries for 🍟day eve like 👩🏼‍🍳 The cast iron is essential here. To make, I heat up some coconut oil, throw on some fresh cut veggies and sprinkle some natural yeast. No bread needed ☺️ Don’t forget your dippin’ sauce! Cuz what’s a fry without its sauce 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m sure you heard of oatmeal being one of the healthiest breakfast items..!! But did you know what goes inside can easily rack up to hundreds of calories without you knowing? Here are some of my favourite ways to keep the bowl healthy while keeping the waistline. 😻 Check it out 🤓⤵️:

🔸OATMEAL TOPPINGS:

1️⃣ VERY BERRY HONEY: 1 package of plain oatmeal + 1/2c mixed berries + 1/2 tbsp -

2️⃣ TOASTED COCONUT CINNAMON: 1 package of plain oatmeal + 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes + 1 tbsp coconut chips + cinnamon + 2 packers stevia -

3️⃣ DARK CHOCO REESE’S PB: 1 package of plain oatmeal + 1tbsp dark chocolate chips + 1tbsp Reece’s chips + 1/2tbsp peanut butter

Sometimes I let the see-saw of balanced eating touch the ground on the wrong side of the playground. Then I just eat a huge bowl of greens and it gives me that push back to centre. Green veggies are low in fat, high in dietary fiber and full of good stuff like vitamin C, folic acid, potassium and magnesium.
