Me hice avena a La que le puse un poco de cacao por arriba y me hice un sandwich de queso crema ligth, jamón, tomate y luego lo mandé para La tostadora 🐷
Acompañe con mí cafecito con leche y voila 💁 desayuno listo 💜

Mahlzeit ihr Lieben,

Die letzten beiden Tage bin ich leider nicht dazu gekommen neues zu posten. Aber für heute Abend werde ich mich mal wieder in der Küche einsperren um euch wieder mit neuen Bildern und gesundem füttern zu können.

Hier sehr ihr noch einmal meine gebratenen Nudeln mit Hühnerfleisch, Ei und Gemüse. Immer wenn ich den Wok auspacke wünschte ich, ich hätte einen Gasherd. Mit dieser Hitze kochen zu können muss einfach unglaublich cool sein.

Lekker en gezond eten hoeft dus niet zo heel ingewikkeld te zijn hè.. 👉 gisteravond had ik na het fitnessen zilvervliesrijst met mager rundergehakt en 250 gram roerbakgroenten. Beetje kruiden erdoor en vreten maar 😊
Vandaag? Werken, klooien met de laatste dingen voor scriptie, MATCHDAY en dus winnen 💪 Fijne dag vandaag nog!

Healthy vs. Unhealthy Fats?!

Fats are so important! Yet many people, especially women, are afraid of fats. Cause fats will make you fat, right? Especially those bad and unhealthy fats, right?🤔 In the past I thought the same way. But don't worry, fats won't make you fat. And "healthy" fats (nuts, seeds, avocado...) aren't magical calories, the same goes for "unhealthy" fats (chocolate...). Calories matter, but of course nutrients matter too! There is a difference between eating a hand full of nuts and eating a pice of chocolate nutritionally seen. But nonetheless both have the same calories and both have the potential to make you equally gain or lose weight. So don't worry, you can eat chocolate and still lose or maintain your ideal weight ☺ you don't need to restrict yourself! Balance is the key 🔑💓 and always remember to eat AT LEAST 0.5-1g of Fats per KG bodyweight DAILY.

Cut some tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, boiled beetroot, avocado , pickle cabbage, spring onions, and I add ají 🌶 home made ,(with green chilies), olive oil, then add any protein that you feel good with , listen to yourself and understand the beauty of being unique 🙏🏻

A little wholesome #veganuary lunch bowl inspiration c/o @leefromamerica coming in HOT… 🤤 A bed of baby spinach, roasted romanesco, paprika roasted chickpeas, sliced broccoli sautéed in ghee, beet sauerkraut, avocado, and green beans sautéed in avocado oil + salt and pepper. Topped with avocado, cabbage sprouts, almond milk ricotta, pesto, pine nuts + black sesame for a nutty crunch.
Even DREAMIER when ploughed through after and epic ALL STAR session💥
