Bonjour à tous !
J'espère que vous allez passer une agréable journée !
Moi aujourd'hui j'ai des petits partiels donc je suis un peu stressée.
Comme vous pouvez le voir, je me cache sous un gros pull pour la journée, je pense que tout le monde connaît cette technique ! Mais j'ai une excuse en béton : qu'est ce qu'on est bon dans un gros pull tout doudou !!
Pour ce matin, j'ai mangé une tranche de pain complet, avec un jus de raisins bio, une compote de pommes bio, et un yaourt avec du sirop d'agave bio !

Lebanese Fatoush Salad

1 head romaine lettuce, torn
2 handfuls baby arugula, torn
1 cucumber, chopped
1 red or green bell pepper, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
4 green onions, sliced
4 radishes, sliced
1 cup green olives, sliced
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
Baked pita chips (about 2 x 10” pitas, or to taste)

Dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp sumac
1-2 tsp salt, or to taste

Place the vegetables, olives and mint together in a large bowl, top with crumbled baked pita chips and toss well with the dressing. Enjoy!

Dinner is ready. Lactose free cottage cheese - my new love - and an egg, with greens and cucumber. Lots of good protein for a lean tummy and legs.
