James replaced drugs, cancer and bulimia with veganism, surfing and meditation and his viral talks on vegansim have been seen by millions. After being diagnosed with Leukemia which led him into drug addiction he changed his life drastically and started a journey in search of health and happiness. Through becoming vegan and experiencing first-hand the amazing ways it improved his life (and what it does for the planet!) he has since dedicated his life's work to spreading the message of loving kindness, peace and veganism. In this episode I share my own struggles with having transitioned away from being vegan (I was vegan for years but then fell back to eating cheese!)🙈🧀 and how it's effected my life for the worse. We dive into the topic of heath, diet, veganism, animals and what it means to live a life that aligns with loving kindness.

2015 utbildade jag mig till Kost- och näringsrådgivare på Axelssons. Det var då jag insåg att det finns så mycket man kan göra själv genom att ändra sin kost. Mina kunskaper inom kost och näring är gedigna idag. Jag har suttit kväll efter kväll i flera timmar och läst, tittat på näringsexperter, hittat guldkorn som kommit till sanningen bakom alla tvetydiga budskap vi matas med. Kortfattat kan jag förklara, för den som vill ha en snabb ”recap” på mina timmar av informationssamling, att: • Frukt och grönsaker är människans naturliga mat.
• Vi äter alldeles för mycket protein – protein gör våra kroppar sjuka i för stora mängder, speciellt animaliskt protein.
• Vi äter alldeles för mycket animaliska livsmedel såsom mjölk, yoghurt, ost och kött i alldeles för stora proportioner.
• Man behöver inte bli vegan – men om man inte är sjuk och vill hålla sig frisk ska man alla gånger minimera intaget av produkter från animaliskt ursprung och se till att basen i varje måltid är rå frukt eller råa grönsaker.
• Frukt är inte farligt! Det finns diabetiker som lever på enbart rå frukt och råa grönsaker – och de blir fria från sin diabetes. Fruktsocker är något helt annat än processat socker. Det man däremot måste tänka på är att äta frukt på fastande mage, antingen vid frukost eller när magen är tom. Kombinera aldrig frukt med något annat än grönsaker.
• Vi ska inte äta för mycket fett – det förhindrar sockret (läs bränsle) från att komma in i våra celler och orsakar högt blodsocker. (Det är alltså inte socker som orsakar högt blodsocker – det är fettet som kombineras med sockret som förhindrar sockret från att komma in i cellerna)
• Har man redan en sjukdomsbild, och vill bli frisk är det fasta på frukt och grönsaker som gäller. Stärkande örter anpassade för just din sjukdomsbild skyndar på läkandet.
• Vid allvarliga sjukdomar krävs långvarig fasta med enbart frukt och anpassade örter – tills kroppens celler fungerar normalt igen - och sedan kostomläggning till åtminstone en vegetarisk kost.

In 2015 i started reading to be a Diet and Nutrition coach. That was when I realized that there is so much you can do for yourself to heal. The course made me start to read more on my own, and my knowledges today are extensive. I have been reading for hours every night, watching nutrition experts and I have found my favorites that I belive have found the truth when it comes to health. I want to give you a recap on my thousands of hours of collecting information about health:
• Raw fruits and greens are humans natural food.
• We eat way to much protein – protein makes our bodies sick when we eat to much of it, especially animal-protein.
• We eat way to much animal protein like milk, yoghurt, cheese and meat. Way to much…
• You don´t have to become a vegan – but if you don't have an illness and you want to stay healthy you have to minimize your animal protein intake and make sure that you always eat raw fruits and greens.
• Fruit is not bad for you! There are diabetics that live on just raw fruits and greens and reverse their diabetes. Fruitsugar is completely different than processed sugar. What you have to think about is when you consume fruit it should always be on an empty stomach. Never combine fruit with anything else but greens.
• We should not eat to much fat – it prevents the sugar (fuel) from entering our cells wich will cause your bloodsugar to spike.
• If you already have a disease and you want to get well you need to fast (fruits and greens). Always use herbs that are specific for your weaknesses in the body.
• When you have a serious illness you have to fast for a very long time. I would fast with only fruits and herbs.
