I am not a food blogger or something but I like tasty food like almost everyone in the world. I am pure #vegetarian by birth. Staying in Canada and finding some real good #veggifood is like the best thing ever. I had my first decent #sushi at Kyoto around couple of years back. Since then it's my favorite place in Edmonton. If anyone visit Edmonton, please visit there once. This is not a sponsored message, so nothing in it for me.

I've been a bit quiet lately as I have been quite busy lately and barely had time to cook...this is a mix of quinoa,chickpeas,smoked tofu,tomatoe sauce,zucchini and lil bit of cheese 😊 made a huge batch,therefore lunch for 4 days is prepared 😄😎👍
Nejakou dobu jsem nedaval prispevky,vzhledem k tomu,ze delam spustu ruznych zmen a nebyl prilis cas na nejake vymysleni a vareni...tohle je mix quinoy,cizrny,tofu,cukety a rajcatove omacky☺ obidek na 4 dny dopredu 😀😏👌

Завтрак был похож на вчерашний, поэтому без фото. Я вообще в последнее время питаюсь только йогуртом, запеканкой или цезарем 😅 Сладкое не ем, поэтому даже показать Вам нечего( Вот, выкладываю ту белевскую пастилу. Без сахара. Агада, дебилы. Зачем так делать? Она без сахара, но вся в сахарной пудре! В итоге попробовала только один кусок, предварительно обрезав края. Остальное сама скушала.

I love cauliflower rice this way: sautéed in avocado oil along with minced garlic, minced onion, with pepper, sea salt, a touch of crushed red pepper (for a kick!), and turmeric to give it that golden color.

At the end, I fold in some chopped kale (small pieces without the stems work best) ... cover and remove it from the heat.

The steam in the pan will just soften the small pieces of kale so it holds up in the "rice".

Perfect side dish to a protein, even if kale isn't your favorite! 😜

Or I sometimes will make this the base, and then add broth, more spices, and some left over roasted chicken pieces for a super quick (and delicious!) soup.

And who doesn't like a little soup when it's this cold inside?!? (Yes, we woke up to 27 degrees this AM 😳).

Eat 'dem veggies 💪(even if it's while wearing a hat and scarf 😂)

Zur Zeit liebe ich einfach mein Frühstück 😍
Am Abend davor bereite ich mir immer schön in einer Tasse folgende Zutaten zu:
15g whey Pistazie
10g kokosmehl
1tl Backpulver
Halbe Banane
Etwas haferdrink oder Wasser für die cremige Konsistenz
10g gojibeeren
Und Zimt
Alles schön vermengen und im Kühlschrank ziehen lassen.

Am nächsten Morgen einfach ab damit in die Mikrowelle für 2 bis 3 min.
Dann ein bis zwei Esslöffel naturjoghurt und eine Handvoll tiefkühlfrüchte hineingehen. Zum Abschluss den geliebten Zimt und die Minze drüber...
