When people decide they want to change their lifestyle to become healthier there are generally two major focal points they feel need to be addressed: diet and exercise.. granted they are not wrong, but there is a very huge (very important) component missing and that’s your mindset. If your mind is in a bad spot or you’re constantly tearing yourself down you’ll never succeed. Point blank. You will never reach your goals with a crappy attitude trying to get there. Still strong asf and havent deadlift conventional in 7 months.

Never been able to pull this much conventional before lol even with intense powerlifting training.

Spoto press double with 245lbs, best spoto press single is 250 so this is pretty good progress. Was originally going to hit this for a quick single but it was too easy so I made it a double. Adding back in spoto and dumbbell bench has made all my pressing movements feel rock solid! Looking forward to the gains!! •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

Had another few reps in me but didn't push it.
Must have hyperextended or sprained my "good" knee during our move a few weeks ago because it's swollen, stiff and sore all over. I could barely walk today but it's loosened up during squats.
Have no clue what happened..
