🔑 One of the most important factor in holding the handstand is the thought of pulling your feet and toes away from your hands (make yourself as tall as possible). Achieve this by the steps above and you’ll feel as if you’re standing on your feet - it becomes that easy!

❌ The biggest mistake I was doing early in my practice was (1) having my weight on the palms of my hands and not the fingers and (2) bending my legs. Why? Because it’s super hard to balance with the weight on your palms and my bent legs completelt ruined my hollow position, any hip activation and flexation of the legs.
