Self-perception is the way we think of ourselves. When you feel hard to think good things about yourself it means you don't believe in yourself. We all have our flaws and the solution is to be acceptable of our own flaws.

I spent many years being judged for looking like a stick figure and feeling like I was an alien. It is very challenging to hire someone or love someone who fights you by holding up a mirror of hatred toward themselves. Being judged and holding back is normal so none of these things are bad.

You shouldn’t let your insecurities, judgements define you. We all have once struggled with accepting something about ourselves, but that shouldn’t hold us back from being the people that we were brought on this earth to be. Most people act one way in public and another way in private because they feel like they can’t be themselves without being judged.

Forget your flaws for a while. Everyone has something special and so do you. You can't love others until you love yourself. Don't expect others to love you until you love yourself. Either way, you have to love yourself and that is the secret to a happy life!

Self-love is the best gift you can give yourself. No one is ever going to love you more than you love yourself.

Tattoo it on your brain. Be good to yourself. Treat yourself well. Love yourself 🌼
