As I stand here just taking in all the blessings that surround me I can’t help but think about how we attract what we put out.

I’ve been on such a high energy vibe lately!!! 🔮 - The super awesome part is that in return great things keep happening! 💕 - I keep meeting the most amazing people mostly through social media, that just are such a joy to talk to. - In top of that, I’m also getting to help them with their health and their own at home businesses! 😍 - I feel like I’m finding my tribe or maybe they are finding me, but it doesn’t really matter, right?!?! .

Let me tell you guys it wasn’t always like this. I’m not the girl that i once was! That girl was depressed, unhappy, unhealthy, stressed out, full of anxiety, overwhelmed and hopeless 😢! - It’s taken a lot of work. Hours of personal development audiobooks, daily fueling my body with nutrients and exercising and the past several months I’ve taken up meditation which has just helped me in so many ways!! .

So if you want happiness, be grateful! If you want love, love yourself! If you want joy, help others!! You must give freely in order to revive!! 💓 #yougetwhatyougive

Turmeric! So many health benefits. Do you use it? - anti inflammatory - reduces stress -provides antioxidants -prevents mood swings -helps the skin - maintains blood sugar - helps joint pain - helps your immune system - aids digestion - helps maintain blood pressure.

I get asked regularly for my Fit Pregnancy & Fit PP Must Haves, which have made ALL the difference in my recovery & making this second pregnancy and PP adventure WORLDS better than my first. .

A pregnancy & postpartum journey is such a whirlwind of high highs and low lows (thank you, hormones ;) ) The lists & links I put together, along with my daily actions helped me get back to feeling more like MYSELF again. .

Any new mama can tell you that in these first few months as you're adapting to your new role in life as a mom (or mom again), between the vast change in your body & hormones, and the sleep deprivation you feel like most days you're having an out of body experience. .

And while I absolutely wanted to prioritize soaking up all these precious first moments with my babe, it was also VERY important for my overall health and wellbeing to have a plan for me too!! .

Getting back "into shape" after this 2nd pregnancy, had less to do with my "physical results" or needing to feel pressured to fit back into my clothes right away, and EVERYTHING to do with setting myself up mentally & physically to endure all the ups and downs of newborn life in the healthiest way possible. .

Vulnerability is not always easy. I’ve struggled with it my whole life. Sometimes because of my discomfort in feeling it. Sometimes because of my discomfort with others feeling it. I’ve learned the that the times when I am uncomfortable with other people’s vulnerability is typically when I’m fearful to face my own. It’s not so easy to bring our insecurities and fears into the light so that they can be seen. It’s easier to live blindly to them. Except, is it? ...
My biggest insecurity has been body image since having children in my thirties. I never thought I would struggle with this. I’ve always been comfortable in my own skin... it’s soooo unsettling to not be. I am learning. I am trying. I am accepting or trying to hold myself in love as I walk through this. I am grateful I am learning to be vulnerable. I am scared as I learn to be vulnerable. ...

I’ve done it all, from the gym to 1/2 marathon training to being a college athlete. Oh how I miss those days of endless time to workout! 😜 .
But what I loved about all of those ways of training was having a specific PLAN laid out for me! I thrive off of having a plan laid out to tell me what to do to help me improve every day. 👌🏻 As a busy mom of 2, it’s so easy to get distracted and let my own health and fitness slide to the wayside. .
But with these programs you see me doing here from home, I not only get a plan to keep me on track, I also get quick & effective workouts to follow, a meal plan customized to my specific goals, and a community of other likeminded mommies to support me on my journey (now I really can’t let my workouts slide 😜) .
If I’m going to exercise at home while raising two kiddos and running a home biz, I need my workouts to be quick, effective and produce progress. And I know to make progress, I need to follow a PROGRAM. 👌

Yeahhh I see you leg day😏
After yesterday’s re-feed day (aka loading my very happy body with high glycemic foods) I was able to absolutely CRUSH my workout today, and MAN does that feel good😜😍
We were up all night with a sick baby, so I had to work out later than usual, but it’s whatever🤷🏽‍♀️
The old me woulda been like...nah, today’s a wash so I’ll probably just start over on Monday 🙄
NOT ANYMORE! 🙅🏽‍♀️ I haven’t missed a workout yet and I’m not about to let a little thing like major sleep deprivation trip me up 😅🤣
I have so many kick ass women hopping on this fitness train with me, and I still have room for more! #thatmeansyoubooboo 😘

Most days I go from seats to workout clothes then back to sweats or leggings. - I’m not complaining but gosh darn it feels good to actually get ready. 💗 - AND to actually see that body changing that you’ve been working so hard on feels amazing AF!!!😍

Phase one is in the books. 🙌🏻 And guess what?? I wasn’t close to perfect. I went into this with the intention of being 💯 with my nutrition. A bout of strep, 10 days of antibiotics, and two weeks of work travel kinda threw me off more than I anticipated. But that’s life and progress is progress. #slowandsteady 🐌 Happy that I’m closer to my goals of leaning out and building muscle than I was a month ago and PUMPED to see what happens in the next two months. Here’s the thing friends - the next 30 days are happening, the time is going to pass anyway. Might as well do something with them!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 #heretohelp

Day 17/21: The weather today was INSANE!! Met up with Birthday girl @bolens56 & Henley at the park for a picnic (FIXATE CHICKEN SALAD) & walk even though Owen slept through the whole adventure!! Rubster met a friend that made her look small @louiesnores! Ground turkey cheese steak for dinner was delicious!

I honestly can’t remember the last time I’ve been this on point with my exercise babes! - It feels amazing!! .

Not letting my crazy daily life be my excuse! - I mean I legit do have excuses! Im to busy! I can’t afford it! I don’t like eating certain food groups as much as others, I don’t like being on a meal plan where I’ve chosen to abstain from booze - BUT I decided to throw away my excuses and just go for it!
