This weekend was just what I needed to get me through until February! @kaylavava is one of my most favorite people ever! She is the raddest, coolest, person with the biggest heart. Thanks for the girl time and letting me tag along for a couple days, it's never long enough! 😘 Here's to more arguments with shitty parents of entitled kids on top of mountains!

The post-liss endorphins-surging-thru-your-body face 😀 This was taken pre-rolling and stretching ystdy. I did @kayla_itsines's full body stretches with a timer; held each stretch for 30s before switching 🙂
Also, here's proof I DO workout w a top; I just take my vids w/o one because I can see and critique my form way better. It makes sense right; wearing a top means you have clothing draped and hanging off yr body, which will disguise poor spine and even shoulder alignment 😊 And w/o a top, it's VERY clear when you're not engaging yr core 🙃 So, yes, going w just a sports bra for videos is def more unforgiving-- but that's exactly the point 😉
