Currently sprinkling dukkah on everything!!! This combo is great to make ahead so I've prepped some crusted chicken for lunches during the week but they are also great served on a large board when entertaining🍷

Today I've kept it simple with some sweet potato and basic green salad but also great with roasted pumpkin in cumin, cinnamon and honey, beetroot, avocado, pomegranate, greens and honey thyme dressing.

Dressing suggestion: Combine lemon juice, honey, apple cider, olive oil, thyme and garlic to taste over low heat👌

All the yummy things.., Ahi Tuna, with a sesame ginger sauce topped with avocado.
Who needs good resto's when you have #chefJC 🐟 (we do miss good restos tho)
Paired with an avocado rubbed kale salad and a kombucha. I'm in heaven.
It also cost way less than going to a restaurant too! .

Sad we’re already heading home tomorrow, but our trip to Spain has been so much fun and eye opening! Mainly to how well cappuccinos go with chocolate croissants 🥐 🍫! This whole trip has had me so grateful for a good relationship with food, one where I’m free to eat whatever looks good, try new things, and experience what the locals enjoy eating. Stop dwelling on a bad meal you may have eaten. One bad meal never changed anyone's body composition. Accept it and move on punishing yourself by skipping the next meal isn't the answer.

Groceries for the week! (Well, plus toothpaste & 2 preworkout samples! lol) $80 at Whole Foods & I’m ready to meal prep! I believe I’m going to have to bump up into the next meal plan bracket, so I may find myself going back for a few extras mid-week, but that’s my haul for now 😍♥️

🌿When you eat good you feel good 🙌🏻 I know sometimes choosing to eat healthy is not the most popular choice. That was something I struggled with in the very beginning but as time went on and my nutrition choices became one of my top priorities I stopped caring how other people felt about my choices. At the end of the day you are the only one living in your body so don't let others decide how you treat it❤️

#powerful and so true! I was ALWAYS stuck on the “look good mentality” and never really paid attention to the inside until I realized that the outside never made me happy

I will never forget the day I was on stage for the fitness competition and wasn’t even satisfied. I wanted to be leaner and the funny thing is that I was were I wanted to be (looking back now)

Yo SIEMPRE estaba encerrada en la "la mentalidad de verse bien”, creía que el día que me viera bien o pesara X iba a ser feliz y nunca presté atención al interior hasta que me di cuenta de que el exterior nunca me hacía feliz.

Nunca olvidaré el día que estuve en el escenario para la competencia de fitness y ni siquiera estaba satisfecha. Quería tener más músculo, menos grasa etc y lo gracioso es que era lo que exactamente quería ser (mirando hacia atrás ahora) pero nunca lo vi así .
