VEGAN BURGER + SWEET POTATO FRIES

Plantbased lunch 🌱

Vegan burger made of black beans and spinach. Plus some salt, black pepper and powder garlic for a greater flavor.

Sweet potato slices tossed with olive oil, salt, black pepper and paprika. Instead of fried, cooked in the oven until golden brown and crispy!

I've really enjoyed cooking this. Just creating something new on my own. I bet everything is on the Internet, but I just wanted to experiment all by myself and I definetly like the outcome.

........................................... Hamburguesa vegana hecha de frijoles y espinacas. También un poco de sal, pimienta negra y pimentón picante para un sabor más intenso.

Tiras de boniato sazonadas con aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta negra y pimentón picante. En vez de fritas, horneadas hasta que esten doradas y crujientes!

Me ha encantado preparar esto. Crear algo nuevo por mi cuenta. Seguro que todo esta en internet, pero he querido experimentar yo sola y me gusta como ha quedado al final.
