⚠️BIGGER Arms⚠️
Something everyone wants, yet similar to calves, often youll find yourself stuck at plateus.🔒 The most common mistake being the absence of progressive overload📈. Coming in and performing working sets with the same weighted dumbell or bar will maintain size- not increase it! Seems obvious, although when was the last time you tried to push past your 5 rep DB curl max?
Similar to larger compound movements, to get bigger, to get stronger, you're going to have to put in more effort than a standard 3 sets of 12 on every exercise. 🔐 Try going 5x5 with longer rests on your barbell curls, do heavy sessions supplemented with lighter ones. 🔓 In time, you will be able to curl a dumbel youd never been able to lift before, for reps- and your arms will have become respectively bigger to compensate!

Who knew I could deadlifts 185 pounds? Not me. So happy with these crazy gains I'm seeing in my strength training. Thank you @massmover for the routine, I've never been this strong :D if anyone has some tips on my technique I'm open to them. But only if you know what you're doing hahaha. First private of the year with mow mow! @kaylee.mow has came a long way & isn’t stopping anytime soon. Did a lot of mix training as usual with a combination of strength, speed and karate training to start the year right💪🏽

**What even is this picture??** It's that time of the year again when my horse is a bit chubby and needs some conditioning to get that summer bod, and so does her owner. 😜 But luckily I can hit 2 birds with 1 stone because being an equestrian is my workout 💪💪
