Day 22 - comparison.

I had a look again to the photos I took during my last prep. In my opinion, my initial situation this year is much better than last year. I concentrated on my shoulders and legs since june and I hope that pays off this season 😅 normally, I try not to compare myself to other competitors but its a great opportunity to notice my weak points 👍🏽 ▪️▫️▪️▫️▪️▫️▪️▫️

It might not be much to some but I was really proud to look back in my workout log to see that I doubled the weight of a regular set of deadlifts since I started lifting (again) back in April.

Measure results not with numbers but with how you feel and look.

For so long I was number obsessed, stepping on scales everyday and allowing my mood to fluctuate by what the scale told me. I would have days where I would cry in the gym bathrooms when i gained 1kg in a day.
Don't get me wrong, numbers can be a good measure but realisticly our body goes up and down in numbers especially on the scale. It depends on the type of food, water, time and for woman hormones!
Towards the comp i will be measuring to keep me on track, taking a average per week on body fat and the scales. But I won't rely on that, I will however see results in muscle definition, How good I feel and the lines I start to see from muscles.

To have great form while perform your workouts, you must have a strong core. Using a bosu ball is perfect for increasing core strength & a great progressive tool when the floor along is no longer challenging.

I started my workout with these 3 bosu ball exercises - 3 sets of 15 reps, along with chest & quad exercises. The burn from the Bosu is so real, laughing hurts right now😩! Feel free try this ab workout 💪🏼!
