So this happened today. FUR BABY!!! We love him so much!

And the level of comfort in this photo 🙊 I’m not moving until I have to!
I’m totally calling BS on the whole “your body will do what your mind tells it” this week because I could have sworn I told it to run for the past two days but some how I ended up on the couch 🤷🏽‍♀️. I can’t remember the last time I took a legit day off (that wasn’t forced due being stuck in a car or airplane) ...as in, unapologetically sat on my 🍑 with no intention of being active....which tells me I was well overdue. I didn’t want to ride or run today but those days off helped my body and mind to be in sync....so my mind drug my arse to run 8 miles even though it was coldAF. Honestly, I never thought I would be able to run in those temps, especially being a huge winter wuss but the days off and beauty that I get to see along my runs, makes it completely worth it. Not all weeks are perfect but we can definitely write a new ending. First Saturday morning training! We started with a 15min run - you will be pleased to note that I didn't die - followed by drills and some ab exercises. I feel like I can still do more, so maybe I'll hop in on the class after. .

Footwork, speed and fluidity still need a lot of work though. Sigh. .

Some may call me crazy - but I seriously LOVE working out!!

It's turned in to one of my favorite parts of my day 😎 Why??? Well, there's many reasons.
.
1 - It's the one time in each day I don't think about anything. I'm completely untouchable.
2 - I freakin love my trainer and program 🙌 @autumncalabrese you have changed me in more ways than you'll ever know ❤️
3 - It let's me release tension and cleanse my soul (and body with a good sweat).
4 - I'M 💯% IN CONTROL.... I push play. I pick my weights. I pick my pace. I never quit!!!

I can't believe I missed out on this feeling for so many years, but my goodness I'm so happy I have it and the support that I have now!!! #absofreakinlutely obsessed!!

What’s up Fitfam! It’s been some time since I’ve posted a recent video 😅 I have some moves I’m making so I haven’t really been motivated to edit videos BUT today I recorded a little something...just to let you guys see that I have not gave up! I work hard and I play hard always! And I can’t wait to reveal my future plans to you all!

Arm Progression. I don’t have a before and after of my client’s arms but for reference she started her fitness journey lifting 6lbs weights for upper body. She recently upped her weight to 15lbs for upper body training.
