Dari luar ke dalam lalu dari dalam ke luar , perpendek dehidrasi lalu tahan fase dehidrasi , pacu glukosa untuk pecahin sukrosa , tahan cracking atau lepas cracking.
Mau light roast , medium roast , dark roast , level warna ataupun maksimalkan indra penciuman.
Masukan ke pikiran, dekatkan dihati lalu eksekusi dengan maksimalkan semua indera. Berikan musik untuk melebur ketegangan. Uuuggghhh 😍

Christmas gift that finally came in... @roy_oommen bought me fancy coffee from @coavacoffee in Portland. About to grind, brew & taste test them. We’ve got Guatemala, Kenya & Ethiopia. Based off of scent, my money is on Guatemala & the hubs is saying Kenya. ☕️🌍 Update: They all taste quite similar. Ethiopia wins as smoothest. Kenya was more bitter. #coffee #coffeeroaters #wholebeancoffee #coffeesnob

Terracotta’s winter blend arabica coffee beans 👌💛
We are super excited to be introducing a brand new member to our stellar line up of single origins, Guatemala Santa Isabel.
Region: Coban
Town: San Cristobal Verapaz
Varietal: Caturra & Catuai
Process: Washed
Altitude: 1400-1600masl
Farmer: Luis Valdes and his family
Santa Isabel is located near the town of San Cristobal Verapaz - in the Veracruz region of Coban which is a wonderful area full of remarkable mountains, dense rainforest and impressive flora.
Originally founded in 1875, the land was granted to the a Valdes family by the Guatemalan government. Luis and his family are the fifth generation to farm this land.
The Valdes family take their environmental responsibility very seriously. One third of the 300 hectare farm is devoted to natural forest reserve, which helps protect the natural water resources and encourages biodiversity in the region.
Keep an eye out in store for this delicious Guatemalan. It will be rolling out as a regular member of our retail shelf from this week onwards 😎
