It's supposed to be hard...the hard is what makes it great. Had a lil test tonight, 2 mile warm up, 1 mile max effort, 1 mile cool down. That one mile was tough and had a pretty good head wind. Found it hard to run that slow for warm up too.

Olympic weightlifting always fascinated me and at one point I was obsessed with learning learn how to maneuver a barbel around my body. Although I love every other aspect to my practice, learning how to Olympic lift always made me feel most strong and able. It gave me an outlet to transfer my flexibility into strength #mobility which is something I battled. Being hyper flexible is tougher then most people think.
I dedicated whole programs just to Olympic weightlifting and naturally had to step away from it —� #coachesorders. (**Hands on hips lol) Now that I have more time to learn and refine my practice, @danajohnflows and I are going to be adding at least 3 times a week lifting to provide a bit more structure to our sessions.
