어디서봤는데ㅔ 잠을 제대로 못자면 평소보다 더 많이먹는다고 한다...
내가 그렇다.
오늘 아침부터 일찍 일어났더니
아침먹고도 이것저것 계속 먹고싶다..
할머니표 깍뚜기에 소고기에 엄마표 그린스무디까지 섭취완료😂
간만에 너무 포식하는 느낌

Gluteeee dayyyy 🙌🏻🍑 I honestly didn't even want to go today but I'm so glad I did. I don't believe in being motivated every day. I believe in dedication and discipline. If I skip out on the gym, my mentality changes and then I get lazy and start slacking. It's important to rest and take breaks but if you take too many you won't see any changes and then you'll be disappointed. That was me. I'd take breaks. I'd only make it to the gym about once or twice a week to feel strong because I'd go crazy completely without it. Then I start hitting the gym consistently and I get mad at myself because I'm not where I should be. I've made a lot of improvements since I've first started lifting, but its nowhere near where I should be. So at the moment I'm going to keep working to get there. I'm not going to quit. I didn't come this far to only come this far. And the bright side of coming to the gym today, I got a pretty sick glute pump 😏

Creamy pasta salad using pulse pasta by @sanremopasta to give the dish extra protein. I decided to try something different from the regular pasta I eat and it was pretty good! The pasta is made from legumes making it high in protein and gluten free. I used the creamy sauce recipe by @minimalistbaker and added some asparagus. #myfood #vegan #plantbased
