Today I went to Everytable and I'm going to try to eat there "everyday". They serve affordable GF, soy free and vegan dishes ready to eat. I'm in love! This whole meal was only 390 calories and super filling due to all the protein. The dish is 7.95 but if you buy 5 meals at once it's only $30! It's all clean eating and no nasty filler preservatives. El CARDIO, ¿antes o después de las pesas?

Cuando haces primero cardio, se consume el glucógeno de tus músculos. Cuando haces pesas después del cardio, tus músculos no pueden llegar a su máximo esfuerzo, porque están fatigados y no les queda suficiente combustible, por lo tanto, es menos efectivo.

Si haces pesas primero, tus músculos están frescos. Eso quiere decir que puedes levantar más peso, más veces, y así estimular a tus músculos para que crezcan.
Hacer pesas primero también te ayuda a quemar grasa. Cuando haces cardio suave a continuación, has agotado una mayor parte del glucógeno de tus músculos y tu cuerpo se ve obligado a usar la grasa como combustible.

Empieza con un calentamiento suave de no más de 5 minutos, y lánzate a las pesas o al ejercicio de resistencia con fuerza que prefieras, intenta llegar al tu límite cada día.
