A lot of people talk about gym atmosphere, and a lot of gyms have the power lifters doing work and the fitness competitors getting diced. But its crazy how supportive the people are at @centralfit4less, I've had half a dozen people come up and compliment me this week some I've never talked to before. The staff and members are all class acts makes it easier to push for those extra reps .
